About Roscha Cronin

Roscha is a Purpose and Change Consultant, Accredited Executive Coach, and founder of Bravely Forward Coaching. She works with women who are ready to build a life and career on their own terms.

Her background combines deep human insight with strategic business expertise. With a degree in Social Anthropology, more than a decade of experience supporting women through complex life transitions, and expertise spanning person-centred counselling, executive HR strategy, and business training, Roscha brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to coaching and professional development.

She helps women move beyond self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and overthinking — equipping them with the clarity, confidence, and practical strategies to command their space, negotiate their worth, and lead with authenticity.

Event Schedule

Guests are welcome to arrive from 5:30pm, with the session beginning at 6:00pm. Roscha’s presentation and interactive discussion will run until 6:30pm, followed by networking until 7:30pm — giving attendees plenty of time to continue the conversation and make new connections.
