Ireland is embarking on some of the most significant infrastructure investment programmes in its history. Turning these ambitions into successful outcomes requires more than funding and plans. It requires effective leadership, collaboration and delivery.

Join us for a discussion with leaders who have been directly involved in delivering complex infrastructure programmes in Ireland and internationally. Drawing on experience across major capital projects, our panel will explore the realities of delivering large-scale infrastructure and the challenges encountered along the way.

Bringing together perspectives from Ireland, the UK and Denmark, the discussion will examine lessons from complex, cross-sector and city-scale programmes, and consider how these insights can help shape the successful delivery of Ireland’s future infrastructure ambitions.
