About the event

This session explores the real stories behind women’s careers in infrastructure and project finance — the people who helped, the chances taken, and the lessons learned along the way.

Our panellists will share short reflections on what made a difference at pivotal moments: early advice, mentors and sponsors, teams that opened doors, and the challenges that shaped their next steps.

Aligned with Give to Gain for Interna

tional Women’s Day, we’ll discuss how support from across the sector strengthens teams, organisations, and the wider industry.

The panel will be followed by an open Q&A and relaxed networking to continue the conversation.

 - Eoin Gillard, Assistant Director in Transport Investment, NTA
